My next match with Chilly is on Nukes, but I didn't see a final ruling for how to set reinforcements for Nukes since anywhere isn't allowed. My preference is actually for no reinforcements (makes things more interesting imo because you have to be smart about the autodeploys), but I'll set it to 1-path since that's closest to 1-anywhere.
