One of the best music stations on sirius/xm is jam on. I love that shiz! phish, string cheese, and the dead. Keeps me rollin down the road with a smile on my face.

Any Sinead O'Connor fans? I'm listening to "Feels so Different" right now. Her voice gives me goose bumps. She's my favorite female singer. Black Boys on Mopeds is one of my fav songs of all times.

sinead, wow... Lion & the Cobra remains a fav. I recently unearthed a stash of old concert stubs, including a solo sinead show and one with her and Peter Gabriel on stage together.

recent discoveries of mine, which may not be new to the rest of you...videos are crap, but it's the music baby. First one is new, but is 80s synth fabulous - lovely remake of a so-so Human League track. Second is also new, but the textures are very 80s goth fabulous. Third is just pretty - and they're from the great land of Canadia. And the last video is a primer for anyone who likes synth-retro but wasn't around in the 80s; Dazzle Ships is one of the five or so albums you need to know from the era.

That Darkstar track is cool. The others are not my bag.

This is one of my all time favs, back when I was big into Happy Hard Core.

ghost, I can see the Deaf Center track as good rainy day music. I kept waiting for that song to take me somewhere and it didn't, but sometimes that's alright. Just setting a mood. Reminds me a bit of Nick Cave's score for Assassination of Jesse James.
