Games dont load

Now 8/13 games won't load, e.g. 540829. Tried incognito in Chrome and InPrivate in Edge, same result. Windows 11 on my laptop. I see only 5 games from the main page. Entering the URL directly for one of the missing games (https://www.majorcommnd/beta/540829) gives a page with only headers, no detail. I've noticed a lot of players going AWOL in the last few days, so I think it isn't just me.

540829 is not a valid game number. Games only go as high as 38000 (ish) right now.

If you can post actual links or game number, we will check it out.

Also, always try pressing Ctrl+Shift+r on the game page to clear the cache. Thanks.

however, i still had a tab of my homescreen open from last night (i did not dare refresh), and there the games are still there:

1 - Gotcha, thanks for the report. I will relay the message and look into why games are not appearing in the active and awaiting tabs.

2 - Oooops, that was my fault. Thanks, I corrected the problem with the links to the 1-player-needed games. They should all now go to the related games. And thanks for pointing out that you can not join them.

Having a similar issue - not all my active games are listed. I see one game under active, but I have 6 active games... can see them listed in my profile, but clicking on them just takes me to the /beta page where they are not listed.

Games listed in your profile are leftover links to the old flash games in the old engine. We haven't purged the links to those yet. All new games have a number around 38,000 so far. The old dead flash games were numbered around 500,000.

Okay, update.

1 - We're looking in to why the games are not in your ACTIVE and AWAITING tabs. It's probably a consequence of something we did recently.

2 - We discovered why the "1-player-needed" games listed above would not start - it is because we forgot to add "starting neutrals" to the Barbarossa map. Meaning that when the computer randomly allocated regions at the start of the game, some "auto-deploy" bonus regions which should have had neutrals, were being given to players, and since players cannot start with a bonus region, then the game engine was rejecting the game and not allowing the last player to join. Marcos will add the starting neutrals rules to the auto-deploy regions tonight, and then hopefully those games will start.

side note: I took down the links to those game from the top of the forum page until the rule can be applied, but I was informed that if a player kept trying to join one of those games over and over again, then eventually randomness would put neutrals on the auto-deploy regions, and the game would start. So if you're at all inclined to test that theory...

Yup I would also like to confirm that I am also missing games that recently started or joined...like 4 of them (just in case you needed a 2nd person to verify) unfortunately I didn't keep my tabs open last night and I have no idea of the game numbers.....I know cards and tankeater are in some of my games that I'm missing. Sorry can remember the maps they started up AFTER the update and went missing today...hope that helps.

I managed to find the game numbers of 3 of the missing games....going through my history. I know there is one more....

2 of the games just started after the update and 1 awaiting game i joined after the update. They are missing from my home page/beta page.

Feels like something is still wrong, last time I looked yesterday I had 12 active games, This morning it was down to like 8. Then I thought I would create some games and tried that. Created 4 games but none of them showed up in the Awaiting tab. Tried Cmd Shift R and nothing happened.

Suddenly lost about five games yesterday and still can't find them in archives. Gameplay continues slow with a lot of Shift Ctrl R and Shift F5 required.
