In the original board game of Risk, I always liked to take Siam and go for Indonesia/Australia as my launching point. Now it's probably just unintentionally slightly offensive...
Went for Siam myself...wonder when the last time any of us played the board game...probably 1981 for me...makes me old.

Well, mine is pretty boring, but I'll post it anyway. Some might think that my avatar looks like the Denver Broncos logo, but in fact it's the Boise State University Broncos logo. They're very similar. If you have ever watched a BSU football home game on TV you'll know that BSU is known for the unique blue "smurf turf" in its stadium. And I got my MBA at BSU in 1989. Hence, my username (BroncoBlue89). See, I told you it was boring. But that fits my personality pretty well.

Oh yes, Happy New Year everyone!

That's funny, first time I visited Boise was in the fall and that BSU logo was EVERYWHERE. Dummy that I am, I was like "oh I guess Denver is the closest city so they're like, really big fans?" Took me two days before I realized. BTW great little city you've got there (or had there)!

Mine started a long while back playing Axis and Allies. From my Avatar, you see a WWII German commander. I always picked Germany, which was always a challenge to play and I used to engage in many armor battles with USA and GB in North Africa. I used to win epic tank battles where the fighting armies used more than 2 or 3 red plastic coins (some of you who play the board game know what these mean) so the guys called me the tank eater. Later I picked that name when online Axis & Allies started and continued to use it. There may be a few here who remember me by that name from the A&A games ----

Mine was my call sign when I was in the Army. As a combat photographer we worked in teams of two, and coordinated with our partners and other ComCam teams on operations via small radios.
