As a portuguese i would like to mention the resistance of the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lusitanians against Rome. One of the lusitanians most important lider was https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viriathus

Viriatus stands as the most successful leader in Iberia who ever opposed the Roman conquest.

'The Rivals Of Rome'. So what i suggest , for the games, is something like:

1st Round - 4 Quad Games - Escalate - Reinf Path 1
2nd Round - 2 Quad Games - Flat Rate - Reinf Path 1
