If you're talking about an avatar, Golgotha, you need to go to 'settings' on your little dog-tag at the top right, there you'll find a spot to upload. Has to be exactly 100 x 100.
Also, since you have to be able to play (at least) 5 games at once, grunts can't join this tourney. If you want to play, you'll need to upgrade.
