There are spots open, but I guess you missed the "Strategist and Commander class only" part. You'll have to upgrade if you want to play.
(Airwick's really not doing that to discriminate against grunts, but the 4-game restriction could very well keep you from playing all your games, and that's not fair to everyone else in the tourney.)
