I hate to beat a dead horse . . . but, my stats are horrible

Maybe someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong.
I normally play 1 on 1 games. I have played a few 24 hr multiple player games, but didn't care for it to much.
I've read that starting first is an advantage, but I believe in the dice at the start of the game. If you get bad dice first couple times, you fall behind very fast. I usually end up starting second in the 1 on 1 games, don't know why, but I do.
I used to play the board game about 35 yrs ago, so I know the basics.
Another reason I thought I'd post this, one player told me, "i'm surprised your score is so low, because you actually play very well". Take that for what it's worth. :biggrin:
I don't want to blame the dice, cause I've read the articles here, but I do have some bad luck with the dice.

from looking at your games, they are mostly 1v1 on classic evolved and 12 domains.

you won some on 12 domains which is good since it is a map for experts.

on the classic evolved i recognized quite a few of the players and they are good. so no harm in losing to experts if you are still fairly new.

keep at it and ask questions and i am sure you will excel.

Probably, but checking every 23.9 hours is recommended when you're in a casual game just so you don't miss a turn!

And I lost my first million games - I can't remember exactly since my data isn't as exact as the Sheriff's (hopefully one day we'll be able to check all this out for ourselves ) but I remember I went well down to like 600-700 points ish when I had begun, and my points are still a constant roller coaster - you win some and you lose some!
