I turned a set of reserves than something came up and could not finish my move in time, didn't even deploy a troop. Does that mean that I lost regular troops, reserves AND cards, or something will be available at the next turn?

I'll confirm it when it's my turn again.
But by design, isn't this too much of a penalization? After all, even those who skipped their turn are granted deferred units.

Lets see what happens. By design, you should be able to call up your leftover troops on your next turn. If it doesn't let you, then I believe it is a bug.

Ok, this is what happened: I was able to deploy all troops that I couldn't deploy the last turn (including the reserves) plus the new ones.

The record correctly displays only the deployment of the new ones, as the old and the reserves were recorded in the previous turn.

At the end of the day, there was no penalization whatsoever. So if this is the behavior by design, it works flawlessly.
