Movable/Hideable troops window

It would be really beneficial to be able to move or hide the troops window, for when you make advancements after you have conquered a terriority.

Because of the insufficient amount of material in my brain region I quite often I forget what the map looks like and what I wanted to do after I conquer a region, and the troop window is on top of the affected regions so I cant see anymore.
