It looks like, at the end of round #8:

So it would appear that he has broken a diplo.

But with that being said, there are no rules prohibiting him from doing that in this tourney. It just usually results in everyone being mad at him.

Azerke did break the diplo, and wrote to me about it. I confirm it that he broke the diplo (eventhough he appologized to me) to the system. I particularly find breaking diplos quite a low level game, and disgusting. I might have had a chance, but now I will never know

No bug here. I only reported it about 3 hours later when I saw it and confirmed it to the system
