Highlight adjacent countries

As a new player I cannot always tell if two countries have a common border. It would be very helpful if I could click or hover over a country anytime and have the neighbors light up. This feature works when I am ready to assault but it would help a lot when I am planning if it worked all the time. When I’m playing advanced players it adds to my disadvantage to make silly mistakes because I misread the board. It makes me tend to stay on the maps I have learned and not experience the others.

Because the feature already exists in a different context, it might not take a lot of development time to implement as a newbie aid.

Agree 100%. I beleive this has been brought up.
Not sure where it is on the TODO list.

yeah, it was brought up in context with my suggestion of always showing the territory names with a mouse over. Not sure if that made it onto the long or short list, I'll have a look-see.....

nope, didn't make it, maybe this one will. If so, I suggest we combine the function, like mentioned in the other thread, to show both the name and borders with a mouse over during any phase of the game.

One specific spot is on the British Isles map, where it's hard to tell which parts of London border Kent and/or Surrey.
