---This is the page of the unofficial tourney, Grunt Dogfight. Qualified playes will be receiving an email and be listed on the next post. I will acknowledge as 'official', by posting here, all game results and game creations. As tourney host, I will be the final arbiter over any questions regarding the game settings, maps chosen and player pairings throughout this tourney. Any rules issues or otherwise normal game issues will be referred as usual to the fine admin staff here at MC. As always, there a few tourney rules.....
1). You must be able to join your next game. As grunts, you have a 4 game restriction. If this becomes an issue, the player will be given a 24 hour grace period before being DISQUALIFIED from the tourney. Don't let this happen to you!
2). I will chose the maps and settings for all games. I will take into consideration player's experience, etc. but during any round all players will be playing the same map with the same settings.
3). This is a single elimination tourney...lose one game and you're out.
4). (((change to original rules))) I will be creating all tourney games and issuing invites. As soon as one player joins each game, I will withdraw from that game. The game then becomes official.
---All players have been randomly assigned to first round games using the random list generator at www.random.org . further rounds will be randomized the very same way.
---2nd round details will be announced at the completion of all first round games.
