i think there could be a library of generals from history: eisenhower, rommel, patton, monty, napoleon, alexander the great, caesar, etc. unfortunately, i don't have the necessary software to do it myself.

If all you're looking to do is crop and/or resize, I'd actually recommend IrfanView: http://www.irfanview.com/

But, of course, if you're gettin' fancy, go with Orbo's suggestion.

If you do not have a graphic program like photoshop, you can easily just re-size in photobucket.
