"Start Game Now" Button

I've invited six college friends of mine to a game here. As of right now we are 4/7 and a fifth is expected to sign up tonight. The other two might not show. Would it be possible to set an option to start a game early (before it is full)?

The only problem that I can envision with such an option is if you think you are joining (and want to join) a 10-man game, and then host starts it with 1, or 2.

Perhaps the host could click a "Start Game Now?" button from the main page which would e-mail all of those in the game and ask if they want to start now. Then if it is unanimous, you could begin?

I suppose we could all just abandon this game and recreate another so perhaps the payoff isn't big enough for the coding required. Just a thought.

Thats an interesting idea. A rule could be implemented that a game needs to 50% or more players to start early, and only only on 6+ player games.


To fill that game you could make a call out post and link to the game, if it has a password, then post it. People would fill it.
