OK, here's the first one...

A guy lives on the 24th floor of an apartment building. He gets ready for work in the morning then heads to the elevator. He pushes the 'down' button and waits. Elevator shows up, he gets on and presses 'Main floor'. He gets out and heads to work. When he gets home and back to the elevator, he pushes the 'up' button. When he gets on he presses '18' then proceeds to walk up 6 flights of stairs...WHY?
