so, i recently looked at my stats from sheriff's awesome new feature. Being the ocd person I am with data, I keep my own stats in an excel and use this feature to double check my counts and progress. Unfortunately I am a couple of udo's off on maps.

I know it is possible for a user to change their name. Which is cool, but it throws my stats off since I double count both names once I beat them again.

Any possibility of posting the list of old name and new name so i can correct my records?

Or anyone willing to volunteer their name changes?

I know SDK changed his name and I made that correction. I totally forgot what his original monikor was. Not that it matetrs.

We have no records of name changes. Everyone is just a number to us.

If user_123456 changes their name, then that data field is overwritten with the new name and the old one is gone forever.

You'll have to rely on the player themselves to come forward with the info!

P.S. It is like this because players are not supposed to change their name. It is a only special request for now. If we ever made it an official feature, then we would set up the database to keep track of the changes.

Damn, oh well. I can live with it.

It is definitely rare since I am only off by a couple of UDO's on 1/2 the maps. It is just frustrating not to be able to find them.

thanks for the heads up cards. That would have really messes with my stats.

I found ya Jcuk about a day after i posted this. Took some digging but once i got ya, all my stats came way down to what majcom was stating. Thanks though.
