As for a social clan. They are real easy to create. Take a lot of work to be active.

Indeed. I'm the admin of the fixed force clan -- it's not the most active thing I can imagine, but still produces signs of life now and then.

Ok, I vote for having an assassin clan (and I can be the admin, too, if there are no other aspirants). You guys wanna join?

You have to be a TEAM to play at team assassin, but the strategy isn't hard.

Yeah, strategy is not very hard in duels (1v1, 2v2, etc.). However, a 10-player doubles assassins or a 9-player triples assassins sounds hell of a fun. And a 24-player sixers with players who actually know what they are doing? Boy, I'm getting the goosebumps.

And you know I, for one, would be very happy to test your skills in assassin games. (And one day, a pleasant, sunny and warm day, when the wind is right and the dice is nice, dorcee and i will really steamroll you and the chill man in doubles. Count on that, yo.)

Minimum highest rank achieved would be better.

So you say. And yet, I note that you haven't joined the assassin game which was made to set the map for MoM Borg, nor have you joined any other assassin games that are on the 'join a game' board, of which I'm in several. Put your points where your mouth is.

Anyone know why fixed force isn't based on rank over user class?

While I agree rank is a better indicator of abilities, user class would serve a couple of purposes.
1. User class is already a proven concept for ability to filter people out of games. So possible less coding to implement.
2. Very few inexperienced players will be strategist or commander. So by default it will work. It would exclude great players who are grunts though.
3. This site needs to make money. By excluding grunts, it gives them more reason to pay to upgrade their status. Providing the owner with more capital to make further improvements.


For the owner to decide however it works. I just want to play Team Assassin.

To give Cuddles his fair accolades. He is always willing to answer questions and play with newer players and teach them how to win. He has definitley taught more people the startegy than any other vet here. And that aint no joke!
