"Personnel" Tab - change my rating

I seem to remember that there was already a thread on this but I can't find it.
I have tried to change a rating (honorable/neutral/dishonorable) and it does not work. I thought it may only be possible during my turn, but that's not the case either.
Will this be possible at some point?

I think you can change it one step at a time. Change to neutral and then later change it again

I have tried that and it doesn't work. The rating is still the same

I think you have to change it when playing in a game with that person, then when the game finishes, that rating sticks.

I have tried that and, tried to change when it's my turn - without success.

And where we are with this? I also try to change rating, but without succeed.

I found a way around to make it work:

Do change your rating, but instead of refreshing normally, you first have to remove the "#RateHonorable_xy" at the end of the URL. If you then open the game anew, the new rating sticks - at least for me.
