nukes errors

https://www.majorcommand.com/beta/45623 In this quads game i successfully used the nuke for awhile, but when i had to play a 2nd auto set the reserves window, when you choose the cards to play, is blank. I cld not get a screen shot uploaded that still had the in-game picture on it once uploaded so I just added the link.

Worth mentioning that there are no zeroed-out territories like the last time this happened to us a few weeks ago.
