Wondering if game can be changed to include a setting with min. rank. Or if it's easier, the starter of the game should be able to boot players before the game starts?

Hmmmm. About the option for allowing specific ranks in a new game - the ranks change all the time for most players and it doesn’t exactly encourage newcomers to join/integrate.
Kicking players who have joined a game I find quite brutal.
Public games are a great way to meet other players and should be kept as such – with no restrictions (there is the drop out option after all) imo.
There is the choice of creating a private game – why not use that? I think we are already quite spoilt with all the options available (and more coming with BETA), which is probably why we are asking for more.
I believe there are already discussions as to how to deal with AWOLs?
Having too many options when creating a game will not necessarily enhance it.

I believe that the option for allowing specific ranks is on the list of possible new features with the rebuild. Booting players out after they've joined, I doubt you'll ever see that.

No offense, bilsi, but if you complain about AWOLers, I'd be careful not to miss turns myself - especially in team games...

I think Bilsi is ticked off at those few players who never apologize or explain themselves. Bilsi and I are dealing with a teammate like that now. I wouldn't want this guy on my team again.

Sometimes real life stuff requires us to miss turns, and Bilsi is a good example of that...lol. But at least he addresses his absence when he returns. I appreciate that.

Sebrim, I missed one turn in a few games I was playing about 2 weeks ago. And I don't know how I missed them. I log into MC in the morning, when I get home from work, after dinner and before I go to bed. And for the past few months I haven't been working so I'm on and off all day. If there's stats somewhere that can be checked, please do so. For the past 2 years I've been dedicated to this game. Prior to that, yes, I missed a lot of turns. Probably why my honor rating is so bad (something I'm not very proud of). Back then I didn't care so much. And I'm sure you've never missed a turn. Shit happens and people miss a turn. Sometimes life gets in the way.
So please don't point your finger at me...….
