New Rules for 1vs1

Why is this new rule (half deploy for 1st player) hardly used? In most of the tournaments' 2 players games this rule is not applied.

In my case, I dont like them,for 2 player final game I use to make a 50,50 split or some other split ;s

I think people either:

• forget that is an option
• can't be bothered to look up the exact text needed to make it work
• might not be aware of the rule to begin with
• or just don't like it, and they prefer the traditional format

I didn't know until now. I thought only administrators could create games with the new rule.
