New player can't log in to forum

A new member of MC, norvinian, cannot post nor open the Forum tab. It does not allow him to Login to it. Can anyone help him? Thanks.

Okay, I'm adding all the newest players. Give the system about 20 minutes to update and then he can try again.

Still doesn't work unfortunately. I can't verify my email due to another error - wonder if that is the blocker?!

Cheers - I logged out and then back in to the game page successfully but the forum is still not letting me in with that same error message. If there is someone that can fix it please pass on a message!

Logout of MC. Then open it open again and re-enter your user name and password. Then login. Then after the site finishes setting up, go to the Forums tab. Then hit Login and you may or may not be required to enter your credentials again. That should get you into the forums. Remember to use norvinian as the name. If all of that doesn't work, just send me another msg and I'll reach out to someone to fix it for you.

I checked, and he is registered in the forum with the same credentials as the game site.

I also manually confirmed his email address in on the site.

All is in order, it should work.

I'll write him an email to check....
