Hi all. I just found Major Command. I haven't had a chance to play many games yet. But, I'm looking forward to learning. I don't have but a couple of hours a week to play. So, realtime games seem the best for me- time wise. It seems the competition is much harder in those games though. I just ask that everyone have patience with me as I learn.

Hey Yradams, welcome!!
You don't need a few hours a week to play when you play casual games :)
You've got 24 hours to complete your turn and your turn takes a few minutes, usually :)
Have fun here.

Yes... real time games actually take the most contiguous time. If you have 5 minutes a day, you play 1 or more casual games.

Hey yradams! You'll find most of us, if not all, are really patient and love to help out. I'm still relatively new, so they have to put up with me as well.
If you need help and can't find an answer in the wiki or forums, just ask one of us on here.

Good luck out there, soldier.
