Move the "advance/reinforce" box

I would like to be able to move the advance/reinforce box around the screen.

Reason: When a attack has finished and said box pops ups, it obscures the map. And often I find myself blindly advancing/reinforcing without being able to properly study the surrounding area.

If you could move it around the screen like a window it would be very helpful.

You actually can..but it's not that obvious. You have to click in the middle toward the top-ish and drag.
