Also forums are cool, and normal for Gaming companies.
But why not use Jira 10 users for 10$ internally.
This way you can quickly "track" issues.
Moving them from forums to Jira should be a snap.

Or just use Trac (which is free), and then you can let users create issues, and you can Trac them publicly.

just a SUGG for Bugs and Feature management, as opposed to forums.

Well we use Basecamp and Fogbugs internally. But I will bring these up.

So it looks like we will field bugs and suggs in the forum and them sub them to Fogbugs. This cuts down on developer 'sifting'.

Killer, didn't know you use fogbuz and BC, both great products. We started at EVB with BaseCamp but quickly outgrew it as I hired 10 developers in 2 months...but I love those cats at 37sig

Side note, did you know that Joel created a NEW language to build FogBuz? It's crazy, but on the other hand, once a developer has been there 3 years, they will never ever leave because they have on their resume a coding language that is only in use at FogBuz :)
