How to pay to become a Commander?

Hi Guys,

Sorry to bug you so incessantly! I read on the wiki (here infact) that you can pay US$20 and become a Commander with all sorts of privileges and the like. I am thoroughly interested and even had my credit card ready to pay but was unable to find any method of purchasing said upgrade. HELP! 4 games at a time just simply is not enough to quench my risk appetite!

From my understanding commander isn't available yet because this site is still in beta, and many of the features that you see there aren't implemented yet. The free upgrade to strategist I believe is the only upgrade available currently

lol Calm down fellas, I haven't heard any word on a timeline yet, but I'm sure our fearless leader will make it known to all when the time draws near For now, let's focus on testing the site out and reporting all the bugs and suggestions we can to make this thing as sweet as it can be! I can't wait to see everything implemented either, it's gonna be awesome.

As much as I would like to take all of your moneys, I can't in good faith charge for an unfinished and not fully tested product. I also can't say for sure when we will be 1.0 as it depends on a great many number of things, but a timeline of 1 to 3 months is what I am shooting for.

Does the site going into full version also mean that we lose all of our free strategist accounts?

yes that will be the case. however the strategist membership will be $10 a year, or in your case, about a nickel per game so far.
