If i want a mail when there is a change or post in a forum what got mine intrests? setting?

So you're saying you want an email notifying you that someone else has posted in a thread that you have either created or posted in? Personally, I'm not sure that there is such an option right now, but there might be down the road.

I'd say, if it is true that there currently is no setting that will allow you to receive emails when someone else posts in a thread you have posted in, then start up a suggestion thread in the appropriate forum! :)
