Choose your partner in team games

I'd like it if there was an option to choose who is on which team when starting a private game. I've been trying to have a doubles game with set partners but the random generator doesn't work out. Not sure if it is random or just the order you sign up in.

If you find the game ont he Awaiting tab, you can click the row and it will expand to show all available slots. You can then join any team that has a slot available.

It isnt obvious at all that you can expand the rows. I think we should add an explicit expand button, maybe like a little "+" at the bottom corner. It would still expand like it does now. But also when you click the button. The button would give a visual indicator that it is pushable.
