Can't leave comments or inquire as to standing

During the dark days I discovered that when I try to make a comment or suggestion, an error message comes up saying that I either don't have sufficient permissions or that I'm not logged in. I've tried to contact the MC top brass, but no such luck. As far as I know, I'm a paying subscriber and there is no reason for me not to have the necessary permissions to supply comments and recommendations on the forum threads.

Also, it seems a good idea to have someone in charge of communicating with paying subscribers. Correct me if I'm wrong.
