I have two cards of the same region, with different colors (City Center, in Cardiff). Is that intentional?

yep and when you get 3 cards of the same region, and own all three cards, and can call them up for a set, it's called the trifecta! or maybe its the Quinella.. either way, its pretty awesome and has yet to be seen.
