Add surrender option in 2-player games

I think a surrender button should be added to 2-payer games. Many times continuing a game is pointless and it just wastes people's time. Many leave the game unfinished. With surrender option a lot of time will be saved!

Been suggested probably hundreds of times, it's on the list for the new game engine.

hopefully the staffs can add surrender to games that consists of multi-players too *-*
