I understand from the Brief that no troops from the rocket bomb can be passed to other regions. Actually I forgot to use them (pls don't comment on that part ), so tried reinforcing them. Worked. ?? So I misunderstood the brief?

yes, odd. a one time glitch? but why.. i remember trying to move those once unsuccessfully..

Tried again the last round to see. Reinforced troops from rocket bomb without a problem. - maybe just in this game? I remember I couldn't reinforce troops from the floating fortresses in another game.
