If Player A attacks and occupies a dragon that is nestled between 2 domains, and then Player B who owns of one of those domains attacks and holds the Dragon Tower for a round, what will happen to Player A's troops on that Dragon?

Troops don't remain on the dragon. The dragons reset to neutral at the end of the turn.

When I started my turn, one of the Dragons had 10 neutrals. So are you saying the troops disappear, but it doesn't reset to 25?

Yeah, if you're just trying to use the dragon as a pathway to another domain, you can knock the 25 troops down to 1 neut. But if you go through it, it resets to neutral at the end of your turn.

It's supposed to reset to 25 neutrals after every turn right? Even if Draig Tower hasn't been touched.

No. The dragons won't reset to 25. Even if the tower HAS been taken. If you look at a game where the tower is held, at the end of the turn, the dragons will reset to 1 neut.

I have a game just like that at the moment:

Round 32, Badelmer controls the tower, got his 25 troops on the upper left dragon, reinfed out, and it reseted to 25.

Hmm. Maybe it resets to 25 after controlling the dragon, but it def. doesn't otherwise. I guess we need Shep to look at this thread.

the tower wasnt helt, its a bug, I use to suicide stacks in games that I will lose, to speed them up

I don't know why you think its a bug, there's nothing in the brief that says that the dragons reset to 25, and they haven't ever done that, as far as I've seen.

Mapmaker here. It's been so long since I've played I had to look at the map settings.

• Each dragons should start the game with 25 neutrals.
• If you hold Draig Tower AND one or more castles at the start of your turn, you are given the dragon/s nearest your castle/s at a value of 25 troops.
• If you hold Draig Tower and BOTH of the castles nearest a dragon, you get the dragon with 50 troops.
• A player may also attack a dragon by land as one would any other region, but you don't get the free 25 troops.
• A dragon that is held by a player should reset to neutral, with 25 troops, at the end of the round in which a player holds it.
• A dragon that is NOT held by a player should stay at whatever level of neutral troops it was at. Only dragons held by a player reset. Thus in game 322240 there is a dragon with 11 neutral troops - somebody has been attacking it and whittling it down, but if it's conquered it will revert back to 25.

I think all of these rules are consistent with the map brief, which says that "Dragons return to their nest (revert to neutral) after being under player control." If the dragon isn't under player control it does not reset itself. This is how the game engine currently works with killer neutral regions.
