Play from work, can you make it so the tab says when it's your turn? You see the feature used on many sites and here would make lots of sense.

2 - AWOL - We do not have an AWOL button under the ACTIVE tab yet. Please check each game to see if you are AWOL.
3 - STUCK GAMES - Some games will not load properly. If you encounter this, please post stuck games HERE

I agree, that would be a huge help for real time. Especially when waiting for a game to fill up. I'd say it takes back seat to getting real time up to speed, so if it would slow things down even slightly, it's probably not worth it.
