Renamed "Yukon" to "NW Territories". Geographically correct.

Added little sea-route connection line between Sumatra and Java. Even though they were very close, the borders are still not touching, and it's been questioned if they actually border. Hope that clears it up.

That Sumatra-Java borders cost me a victory. This change comes one month too late for me.
