Hi. I just renewed my subscription by paypal, but I am still unable to play. It appears that your system does not show it as paid, but it has been paid.

Hi, you have been upgraded to Strategist according to your profile.

As Strategist, there are certain gameplays you cannot join (24players or FF for instance)

EDIT: FF = Fixed Force

Commander Class subscription is needed for FF and 24p games.

Strategist allows: unlimited games, tournament play, create real-time games, and more

I haven't tried to play either of those type of games. The games I try to play don't start, it doesn't go past the screen where the stars light up and go to the next screen to play your turn.

Mike, you need to enable Flash.

You will need to enable Flash in your internet browser at the Site level.

Many miss enabling Flash at the site level:
On Chrome, look for what looks like a lock to the left of the URL in the address bar......click "Allow" on Flash. Then refresh the page. A little jigsaw puzzle piece may appear in the right side of the address bar. Click that, then click "Run Flash this Time". Then click on the map and the page should finish loading and you can play.

I have tried to do it at the site and it still does not work. It HAS to be on your end. Look at all the others who are having the same problem. It isn't enabling flash, I have done that. I am on chrome as well.

My good sir. People are able to play presently, so it's not a site issue.

The issue is people don't know how to enable Flash, because it's being phased out (including here, switch is in progress).

Make sure:
1) Go to your address bar....left side, click on the little lock
2) Next to Flash, click "Allow"
3) Sometimes you have to do it again when you go to an individual game/map

@Brian: forget that 'sometimes' I have to do it at every game/map and this might also be the root cause of so many new players are going AWOL as mentioned in another thread.
But OK in 7 days Flash will not be working anyhow. Hopefully this site may have introduced a new platform to continue this game after that week.
