Because I think quite a lot of Canadians frequent this forum and I have always wanted to ask Canadians:

What do you think of the 1983 movie "Strange Brew"? [The Adventures of Bob & Doug McKenzie] (see http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0086373/).

Hoser, awesome movie, eh?

i'm Canadian, and only know of this movie, because of my Father.
it's likely best to assume that only people who were raised in the 80's may or may not know
whom the McKenzie brothers even are. and likely even better to assume that more people from
the west of Canada would find humor in the misconception that all Canadians behave and or speak that way.

lol.

Hmm, guess that makes me old... Alternative explanation: the McKenzie-mania only crossed the Atlantic in the 90's (that's when I saw the movie on TV in Europe).
