Screen widgets seem to time out

Folks,
If I don't action something on a Beta game pretty quickly (like seconds) all the screen widgets seem to become inactive and I need to F5 to kickstart things again.
Other than that Beta seems to tick over pretty well.

PS In the first version of this post I said the Beta server seemed to be down: not so! I purged history/images/files & the screen's back fine.
