Remove inactive players from scoreboards

I think to avoid the clogging up of the scoreboards, there should be a time limit, after which, an inactive player is instantly reset to new player stats, or starts losing stats at a predetermined rate. I realize we probably won't want ALL the scoreboards to work this way, and people should of course keep all the medals and awards they earn. Mostly I think we need to keep the "Current" type scores like CDO from turning into "All Time" type halls of fame for flash in the pan players.

After 2 months of inactivity, a player is removed from all scoreboards. Except the All-time ones.

That's def the one that caught my eye.

After digging a little deeper, something must be broken Bado, there are 5 players on the CDO board that have been inactive for well over 2 months
