I heard the stakes for incarcerated Risk, much greater. Most sold underground book in the Prison system Behold A pale Horse. Very interesting conspiracy book. I believe most of it is true.:sheep:

Wait for him to go AWOL. Depending on his membership status, he will go AWOL after 1-4 missed turns.

Once he's AWOL, you can finish it off yourself.

What Cap'n means is, the time is up on the player's round, but it's not advancing to the next turn. This is a common issue when there is a new player who doesn't play their first turn, and is scheduled to be AWOLed.
