Nukes, player icon, stuck

Only seen this on the Nukes game, probably 3-4 times now, and once it shows up, it does not go away for the rest of that game.

One player icon (in the s case Brians) is substituted with the code "Brianstheman player icon". The game will not proceed past two stars, see this on Firefox as well. Can play on Puffin on phone and this time it worked on the new Microsoft browser (whatever they named this edition).

Yeah, the player icon thing is weird.

It wouldn't advance past 2 stars because you need to click the little jigsaw puzzle piece in the right side of the address bar, and re-allow Flash for the page.

Yeah, eeeh, no. I do push the jigsaw. Also, now it just appeared in another game, it is trying to punish me for complaining
