New zealand idea

i was just browsing some different places around the world & i thought this could make for an interesting battle ground for MAJCOM don't know what anyone else thinks??? it's got some interesting fun place names

Looking at the map though, Waikato and above cut off quite a bit - shipping routes would have to be added in I guess. Perhaps airports between the largest airports - Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington, Dunedin Queenstown, and shipping routes between the minor harbours just to connect the map? The fact that New Zealand is pretty much a straight line definitely seems like it could become easy to conquer from either just the north or the south.

The kind of map that I think would suit it would be similar to the GB map or African map!

if it were to be historical, the New Zealand Land Wars could be an interesting place to start.

Personally, if we're going to give additional attention to this part of the globe I'd rather see us zoom out and do an Oceania map... it would have broader appeal and wouldn't be so linear in game play.
