NUKES! Maps/Settings availability

In the list of games waiting for players, there's a game on this map, Nukes!, but I can't find it it anywhere else.
Also the map's instructions mention FOW but this setting is not available for other games. Why? Does one need to upgrade to have all the maps/settings?

It is everywhere the other games are, for instance, you can start one. Fog Of War hasn't been coded yet, coming someday.....

No, it's not listed in the "Start a game" options, and nor is it in the "Game Finder".

NUKES! Might be one of those funny ones that grunts can't start?

It shows up on the game list for me.

Yes, it's a grunt problem in my experience.

Yep, Nukes! and Duck and Cover are both upgrade player only as far as starting a game, but grunts can definitely play on these maps if a paying player sets it up.
