I left an opponent with just Desert regions. All of them having 1 unit.
As he starts turn the Record tab both reports him as Eliminated and as skipping turn. He has no more troops, the name is crossed out, but he is still in the game getting another round. The next round he is reported as skipping turn.

ah yes, same issue, missing 1 deploy & suspecting the large tribe, i am referring to 307 / 318 / 330, was this the same for you @sputniks ?
