Irrelevant question of the day: What time zone is the game clock set to?

So I take a turn, Record says "11/19/10 13:04:32 giuppi Turn Ended"
Half an hour later I post in the forum, my message's time stamp is "Today 06:37 PM"

And the time here is almost noon (Pacific coast)

Just wondering...

You can go to the settings and change the time zone...to whatever you prefer!!!!!!
