how to convert .jpg or .png to .ai or .psd or .eps

Hi guys, I want this logo (.png) printed on a uniform. The printer informed me today they work in Corel so they want the logo in either .ai or .psd or .eps for the conversion.
The only graphic software I use is Paint... anybody can help?

It depends on the size of source image you have and type of printing. What they are looking for in a vectored file. A png does not convert into a vectored file, however there are some applications that will make a decent attempt.

If the original image is large enough, the printers should be able to work with it, other wise they are just being lazy.

Anyone using Corel is old school.

Well, the printer is down in Brazil. It's a simple logo, 800x489 pixels, 57KB in jpg.
Do you know of any free or web-based application that can do the job?

Here you go, EPS format. The graphic came out well, the text is passable, but the text is easily rebuilt/replaced, which they can do.
