Can someone explain to me how this works? For instance if the Honor rating is 50(10) what does that mean. Also how do I rate someone as honorable?

That would mean that 50% of people you played rated you honorable. 10 total people have voted in that scenario.
You can assign a rating to someone by going into one of your active games, and clicking on the Personnel tab.

I read something online that the honor system doesn't work. Mine isn't good but I always play an honorable game...
