Games Won't Load. Any help is appreciated as I try to avoid going AWOL.

This website has worked fine for me since returning a couple of weeks ago, but today it only allowed me to complete turns in two games. The remainder of my games load all but the last two stars and then just stay there?
Flash is installed and running fine.

Any suggestions or solutions are welcome--especially if they are swift so I can make my turns in time. >=)

Sometimes I have to refresh a few times for some reason.

Still unsure what caused the issue, but one of my opponents suggest switching to internet explorer and that browser works great with site. I was able to make my moves after I stopped using chrome.

I'm AWOL in both of my games because the game loads the first two stars, and thats it. using a mac with High Sierra. I've tried refreshing several times. game has worked fine for several years, does it have anything to do with these pop up adds? any suggestions?
