game 358, trouble dropping deferred troops

bug: game 358, trouble dropping deferred troops

I received 21 troops as deferred from a missed turn, and tried to drop them in small numbers, but the system registered each of my actions times three. In the situation below I tried to drop 2 troops on paraiba, but the system put six there. Same for Egypt and Somalia.

Oh, and right now I've made my one reinforcement, but the system still thinks it's my turn... I can go through the motions of shuffling troops around but it doesn't actually make the move, and the turn should have ended automatically.
Huh, actually i can't end the turn. It says "End Turn" but it isn't working, which I guess means i won't get a card.
